Path to the future?
Taiwanese tea makers introduced oolong tea production to Mae Salong, Thailand. The plantations are still wuite young and the terroir is different from the one that gives the Taiwanese tea its fruity fresh taste. Nevertheless, it is a good step and we all can hope that in a few decades the world will know Thailand as a good host to oolong.
