Small restaurants or so called "makan shops" are very common and extremely popular all over Malaysia. This black puer tea is served in such a chicken-rice/kuey-tiow/mee-curry/siopao place with an amazing atmosphere. The operator was very proud of his tea assortment. Sipping tea and watching the street life outside the restaurant is a very well spent time in these tense days...
