The king of Green Teas
Sure, proclaiming one tea a king is a sheer act of barbaric despotism. But how couldn't one do that. Freshly made Long Jing "Dragon Well" flat green leaf fragnant sweetly caramel resembling balsam to one's nose and the green (bad tongues say grassy) refreshing taste.
I might be shooting my own oolong foot promoting Long Jing here but just can't resist...
